Dear St. James Family,

If you are joining us for Christmas Eve, be sure to arrive early in order to get a good seat. This Mass starts at 4:30 PM and will include beautiful traditional music including choir, organist, and violinist, and an encouraging message designed especially for those struggling with their beliefs. The liturgy will end with the cherished tradition of singing Silent Night together. This Mass will not have incense.

You can avoid the crowds by celebrating the Lord on Christmas Day. There will be no 8:00 AM liturgy this Sunday, but at 10:15 AM you can experience a beautiful reflective Mass, Christmas hymns led by song leader and organist, and the same homily that I gave the on Christmas eve. We will concludes by singing Joy to the World. There will be incense at this Mass.

St. James Carols at The Terrace of Jacksonville

The residents and their families showed great appreciation in response to this festive visit. Thank you to all of those who came and sang and thank you to Christine Coots for organizing the event.
